All eligible items* must be returned or exchanged accompanied with the original receipt within 14 days of when you received your item(s). After 14 days returns or exchanges are still eligible for a merchandise credit up to 30 days.If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

In-Store Returns

New and unopened products may be returned for full price via store credit. This may be applied to your online account, or given as a gift card.

Opened and/or used products are eligible for a 50% refund via store credit. Please understand that we are a small business, and returns can be a large loss for us. We have opportunities in place for you to sample products at lower costs and sometimes free of charge, and are happy to let you try things in the shop!

Shipping Returns 

Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser in all circumstances. Once we receive the item in their expected state, we will credit your account with the item refund via store-credit.
